In this course, we will review Stoicism and introduce you to the Stoics. But more importantly, you will discover key Stoic Lessons that will help you implement Stoicism and realize its benefits. You will also learn a method to easily integrate these Stoic lessons into your life.

Each week, you will be presented with new "Stoic Challenges" to help you establish Stoicism as a daily practice.

Course Schedule

Week 1. Introduction to Stoicism

• Where we will learn about Stoicism and the Stoics.

Week 2. Stoic Lessons

• Where we will learn the key Stoic Lessons that will improve our lives.

Week 3. Implementing Stoicism

• Where we will learn how to implement these lessons.

Week 4. Continuing Your Stoic Journey

• Where we will learn how to continue practicing Stoicism.

Dates and Schedule:

• We will meet for 4 weeks, once a week, 1 hr per session.

• The course will start on Saturday, February 5, 2022, and will end on Saturday, February 26, 2022.

• Course Schedule: Saturdays at 12:00 pm EST.

• Synchronous online course via Zoom.

• Asynchronous: if you can't attend, you will have the option to watch the recorded lectures.
